Trish Carey

Trish is a lifetime NH native having lived in both the seacoast and lakes region and has sold real estate there for the past 8 years.  She has sold all types of properties and used every type of financing in order to ensure that the goals of her clients have been met.  In addition to being a busy realtor in the area, Trish is also a Notary Public for NH and Maine and works as a contract closer for local title companies and lenders.

In addition to her busy real estate career, Trish is living her dream of being a mother to two beautiful daughters and prioritizes soaking up as much time with them as possible.  To top it all off, she keeps herself healthy and happy as a group fitness instructor at the local YMCA.

Delaney, our Director of Operations, comes to us with over a decade of experience running real estate teams. She keeps everyone on task all while making sure our clients are happy and well taken care of. When she isn't busy in the office running the team, she is at a baseball field watching her son play baseball or at the library with her daughter picking out their next books. She spends her downtime taking care of her chickens and her garden.

Jamie's desire to work in the real estate industry started 19 years ago when she worked with  Darlene as her real estate assistant. After two incredible years working with Darlene, Jamie decided to become a stay-at-home mom and put her career on hold. Jamie has four children who are her world. When she is not homeschooling them, taking her girls to dance classes and her son to jiu jitsu, she soaks up every minute she can with them, her husband,  siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family, making memories and cherishing every moment.  

When at the office, Jamie's passion is delivering phenomenal client service and follow-up.  She supports Darlene and the team with all their administrative needs.
